==Terms of Service==

By commissioning me, you have to acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to my terms and conditions.

GENERAL

- I have the right to refuse service.
- I retain all rights and ownership to the commissioned artwork(s). I am allowed to share the artwork(s) on my social media pages and stream it to an audience unless the clients requested not to.
- All commissioned artwork(s) are for non-commercial¹ use only including NFTs. Email me about commercial inquiries.
- Alterations² to the commissioned artwork(s) are not allowed unless I gave explicit permission.
-The client cannot claim the artwork(s) as their own and must credit my respective social media handle(s) when reposting the commissioned work(s).
-Only the watermarked artwork can be reposted.
-No physical artwork(s) would be sent. Everything would be sent digitally.
-The client cannot request me to copy someone else's style

¹ Non-commercial use means may not be used to promote a business or entity (including non-profit organizations), sell or involve any form of monetary exchanges, or result in financial gain for the client.
² Alterations include: cropping, tweaking colours, adding accessories and removing signature/watermark.

PROGRESSION AND MAKING CHANGES (if applicable)

1. Rough sketch - clients are allowed to ask for changes and corrections. Drawing on the WIP (work in progress) itself is permitted to convey the client's ideas. Make sure to make the most changes here! (Don't be afraid to fine tune it to your satisfaction!)
2. Clean sketch - clients are still allowed to ask for minor correction and changes. The use of drawing over the WIP is still permitted.
3. Flat colour - clients may ask for colour corrections and minor changes.
4. Rendering - clients is allowed to ask for minor suggestions. Major changes may result it additional charges depending on difficulty.
5. Final product - The final product can no longer be altered in accordance to my terms of services. It will be delivered as a google drive link³ via the client's preferred method of communication. A watermarked and a non-watermarked version⁴ will be sent.

³ Make sure to save the artwork(s) because it may be removed from the drive after a period of time
⁴ Only watermarked version of the artwork may be reposted

PAYMENT

-Any commission must be paid in full upfront
-DO NOT send money before I have confirmed your order
-Any payments given before confirmation will be considered a donation
-Any additional cost must be paid before the final product is given (note: I will always inform the client if additional charges may apply)
-Refunds will only be given if I am incapable to delivering on the product
-I only accept payments in USD
-Feel free to tip via my ko-fi :)

United States
-US payments can be made via Venmo or Ko-fiEverywhere else
-Payments can be made via Ko-fi

Other payment methods (like PayPal) may be accepted but either email me at [email protected] first or write it down in the "additional information" section in the commission form!

==ABOUT ME==

Hey! I'm Evilia! I'm not another white boy who sleeps past their productive hours! I would consider myself a semi-realistic digital artist who specializes in character design. I mostly draw fanart, notably MCYT, The Owl House, Marvel and DC! Sometimes, I shitpost in my alt account too! (@evilia_posts_shit on instagram) I am also cooking up some projects that I hope I could publish soon!

Boundaries

-Do not repost my artworks in other platforms without crediting my respective social media accounts
-No commercial use* for all my artworks
-If you use my artworks for any public social media platform (as layout, profile pic, etc), you have to credit my respective social media account
-Use in edits are allowed with explicit credits
-Never send hate/harass on my behalf
-Do not send or write hateful messages anywhere in my page
-I allow moderate sexual comments towards my artworks/characters but nothing sexually explicit
-Do not impersonate me! Feel free to dm in any of my socials if my artwork has been stolen!
-Be respectful and be a decent fucking human being
